At Gigglebite, we take pride in offering the finest dry fruits, premium nuts, and healthy snacks. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the consumable nature of our products, we have a no-return policy.
1. Non-Returnable Products
As our products are consumable (e.g., dry fruits, nuts, and snacks), we cannot accept returns. This policy is in place to ensure food safety and hygiene. Once the product is opened, it is no longer eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
While we cannot accept returns, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to provide you with a replacement or a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

4. Refund Process
If your request for a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the product was defective or incorrect, we will also offer you the option to receive a replacement.
