Signature on Delivery

All orders will require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt of the goods.
If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, please arrange for an alternative person (e.g., a family member, colleague, or neighbor) to sign on your behalf.

Responsibility for Signed Deliveries

Gigglebite takes no responsibility for goods that are signed for by an alternative person.
Once the goods are signed for, the delivery is considered complete, and the responsibility for the items is transferred to the recipient.

Damage or Shortages on Delivery

Gigglebite is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after delivery.
Any claims for damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to our Customer Service team immediately upon delivery. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.

Free Delivery within India

We offer free delivery for all orders above ₹999/- within India.
